How Craniosacral Therapy helped Marie's Health and Wellbeing?

Marie first came to see me to gain some relief from the tension and pain she was experiencing around her shoulders. During the consultation that takes place during the first treatment. Marie talked about the other problems she was dealing with, tiredness (also upon waking), a constant series of colds, digestive problems, stress/anxiety, also she no longer felt like exercising due to low energy levels. She was a mother and a professional/business women.

After the first session Marie felt more relaxed and the level of pain and tension had reduced . Because of the long term nature of the condition I suggested we try a course of treatments also to benefit from the cumulative affect of Craniosacral Therapy. As treatment continued Marie realised that she wanted to get to the heart of the problem and was willing to look at her life style and explore the deeper causes of her stress/anxiety. In the treatments that followed she gained much insight about herself and the way she approached life and began to feel herself reconnecting to a deeper sense of aliveness and joy. Her personal relationships both with her children and her husband improved.
